The Writing on the Wall

"What shall we use to fill the empty spaces
Where waves of hunger gnaw?
Shall we set out across this sea of faces
In search of more and more applause?
What Shall we do Now?"
~Pink Floyd/ Empty Spaces

"declare this an emergency
come on and spread a sense of urgency
and pull us through
cause this is the end
this is the end of the world
it's time we saw a miracle
come on,
it's time for something biblical
to pull us through"
~Muse/ Apocalypse Please!

"Turn it up.
Listen to the shit they pump into your head.
Filling you with apathy.
Hold your breath.
Wait until you know the time is right on time.
The end is near.
I hope they cannot see.
The limitless potential
Living inside of me.
To murder everything.
I hope they cannot see
I am the great destroyer"
~Nine Inch Nails/ The Great Destroyer

"I am so All American, I'd sell you suicide.
I am totalitarian"
~Marilyn Manson/ Irresponsible Hate Anthem

"Don't look at me like
I am a monster
Frown out your one face
But with the other
Stare like a junkie
Into the TV
Stare like a zombie
While the mother
Holds her child
Watches him die
Hands to the sky crying
Why, oh why?
'cause I need to watch things die
From a distance
Vicariously I
live while the whole world dies
You all need it too, don't lie"
~Tool/ Vicarious

"Capitalism made it this way,
Old Fashioned fascism will take it away!"
~Marilyn Manson/ the Beautiful People

"We're not scaremongering
This is really happening"
~Radiohead, Idioteque

"I'm waking up at the start of the end of the world,
but its feeling just like every other morning before,
Now I wonder what my life is going to mean if it's gone,

The cars are moving like a half a mile an hour if that,
and started staring at the passengers who're waving goodbye
can you tell me what was ever really special about me all this time?

But I believe the world is burning to the ground
oh well I guess we're gonna find out
let's see how far we've come
Well I, believe, it all, is coming to an end
oh well, I guess, we're gonna pretend,
let's see how far we've come"
~Matchbox 20/ How Far We've Come

In researching the topic of prophecy in modern music, I've found myself wondering how it would be best to label modern groups such as those I've quoted above. It didn't really seem right for me to flat-out call them prophets, but at the same time it's undeniable to me that they are delivering messages to us that come from the most high. I have concluded that the modern musician can be best described as a "herald", which is a close cousin of the prophets. The definition of a herald as a noun is: "One that indicates or announces someone or something to come" and as a verb is "To make known the presence or arrival of". Considering the global platform of these artists, the way they have used that platform (especially in the last three years or so), and the often indirect (or unacknowledged) reference to God as the source of their inspiration, they are more definitively heralds, rather than prophets. Even Sinead O'Connor with her new and beautiful album "Theology" doesn't seem to realize the full significance of what she sings. Heralds are more like vessels, whereas prophets are like servants. It should be no surprise to us that the creator of the universe is the same being called the "muse", who inspires much artistic creativity.

So why would God be moved to use secular musicians to deliver a message that should be coming from within the church? Why would God use rock stars like Marilyn Manson, of all people, to foretell the arrival of George W Bush back in his 1996 album "Antichrist Superstar"? Haven't church leaders conducted many protests outside his concerts, blamed him for inspiring the Columbine killing spree of 1999, and shown to Christians in America that he is an agent of the devil? If this is the case, then why would Marilyn Manson sing in the Antichrist Superstar title song; "Repent, that's what I'm talking about! Whose mistake am I anyway?" and again in his late 2000 album Holywood, "I never really hated the one true God, but the God of the people I hated" There's something going on here, but what is it?

John the Baptist proclaimed this warning in the days before Christ was baptized:
Luke 3:7-9

"Then he said to the multitudes that came out to be baptized by him, “Brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come? Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance, and do not begin to say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father.’ For I say to you that God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these rocks. And even now the ax is laid to the root of the trees. Therefore every tree which does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.”
I don't want to paint a picture of Marilyn Manson as someone that should be deeply revered, or worshiped. No prophet, herald, or angel should be worshiped. But he is certainly not singing an endorsement of evil, as the established church would have us believe.

In my study, I have learned that prophets do not "predict the future", so much as they proclaim promises from God about the future. Prophets are dismissed as crazy oftentimes, because they come mostly from outside the religious establishment, and people have a hard time in taking God's words and his present calling to repentance seriously. This is true in the way that many live their lives, even though a vague sense of divine fear has been used by many governments throughout the ages to keep their populations in check. What I'm saying here isn't a contradiction, so much as a distinction between the general fear used by rulers to keep people in line, and the personal fear of the Lord which recognizes that nothing any of us do can be kept secret from God, no lie can fool God, and no government is to be obeyed over the will and instructions of God. The words of prophets are simple reminders of the consequences that are always paid for our behavior, whether we do right or wrong. That is a very strong theme of modern music, and has been since the 1960s, when the Vietnam war waged strong, and the church did not stand against it, but rather endorsed it vocally, or through silent consent.

Deuteronomy 18 sets the groundwork for us to tell the difference between true and false prophets. Verse 20 spells it out for us:
If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the LORD does not take place or come true, that is a message the LORD has not spoken. That prophet has spoken presumptuously. Do not be afraid of him.
This verse should be heeded in a world influenced by certain high-profile people claiming to be prophets. It takes a great risk for someone to step up to the plate and claim that they bear a message from the Lord. But even still, if and when a prophet's "message from the Lord" is shown to be wrong, it should not be dismissed as human error, but understood as demonic inspiration. I am among the few who feel led to proclaim not only that we are in the end times, but also that George Bush is that "man of sin" foretold of ages. I am aware of the spiritual risk involved in my stance, but am also willing to take that risk because to the best of my understanding, I believe it to be true. In time we will all see whether it is true or not.

The distinction between true and false prophet reveals the nature of self proclaimed prophets like Pat Robertson (who has falsely predicted the battle of Armageddon would arrive not only in 1982, but again in 2007) Hal Lindsay (who has prophesied the end of days with as much boldness as inaccuracy, all throughout his lucrative and prosperous career) and many other mainstream American church leaders.

It is a grievous sin to proclaim the Lord has spoken what your own sinful heart has imagined (such as a 'pre-tribulation rapture') because that presumption diminishes people's faith in true prophecy. The predictions of false prophets always fill us with fear when we should pursue love, and they fill us with peace when we should be on our guards. God shows all who will look what the truth is by authenticating or refuting the promises of prophets. He exposes the spirit over time, every single time. Commonly in scriptures, a false prophet is said to proclaim "Peace, peace" when there is no peace. That spirit of lying comfort can be best demonstrated by the joy and reassurance of the church once George Bush was given the white house, less than a year before the greatest attack on American soil, and more-so today by the "God bless America" bumper stickers that spread like wildfire in the aftermath of 9-11-01.

Although musicians do paint their various visions of the imminent future on occasion, the main thrust of their focus is on our present state. The truth is that we can only repent presently...never off in some dark and dismal future. And as devilish as the mainstream church has painted pop and rock music as being, it's messages are oftentimes Godly. Beginning with the musical revolution of the 1960s, many popular song lyrics have been riddled with callings for repentance and reminders of righteous living. "All you need is love" was sung, after all, in a historic live television broadcast via satellite around the word in 1967. One of my favorite passages is 1 John 4:7-8, which says
"Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God, and everyone that loves is born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love, does not know God for God is love!"
The reason for that rising of righteous proclamations from secular sources is because the mainstream church has dried up; it has lost it's anointing, direction and purpose because of greed and the self-righteous sense of spiritual exclusivity. The church has become twisted, turned around, a mockery of righteousness: apostate. This is the same spiritual state that the Jewish establishment was in during the days of Christ and John the Baptist. I am not proclaiming the whole church condemned forever to hell, and I am not saying that these musicians are perfect and holy saints. What I am saying is that God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. His will, his guidance, his instructions are just as true today as when they were first spoken and written. We cannot forget that God desires mercy, and not sacrifice. We cannot presume that just because a man preaches from a pulpit, that he is delivering the instructions that come from the God he claims to represent. God's words began all of existence as we know it, and his message will be delivered, even if it is through songs of anti-establishment, rebellious sentiment. What modern musicians rebel against is mainly the institution of Lucifer's New World Order.

(Both this and the previous picture come from anotherversionofthetruth.com, which is part of Year Zero's Alternate Reality Game.)

Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails is one of my favorite voices in modern music. His first album came out in 1989, during Bush sr's reign, and the opening song contained the lyrics, "Head like a hole, black as your soul, I'd rather die, than give you control" All of his music is peppered with religious conflict, and rebellion against the establishment. In 2007, he released an album called Year Zero that flat out states what his earlier songs hinted at. His sarcasm has a charming bite like a vampire, and one of my favorite new songs from the album is called Capital G, which I think sums things up nicely. Those with virgin ears proceed with caution:

"I pushed the button and elected elected him to office and a
He pushed the button and he dropped the bomb
You pushed the button and could watch it on the television
Those motherf*#&ers didn't last too long

I'm sick of hearing about the "have's" and "have not's"
Have some personal accountability
The biggest problem with the way that we've been doing things is
The more we let you have the less that I'll be keeping for me

Well I used to stand for something
Now I'm on my hands and knees
Trading in my god for this one
And he signs his name with a capital G

Don't give a shit about the temperature in Guatemala
Don't really see what all the fuss is about
Ain't gonna worry about no future generations and
I'm sure somebody's gonna figure it out

Don't try to tell me that some power can corrupt a person
You haven't had enough to know what its like
You're only angry 'cause you wish you were in my position
Now nod your head because you know that I'm right... alright!

Well I used to stand for something
But forgot what that could be
There's a lot of me inside you
Maybe you're afraid to see

Well I used to stand for something
Now I'm on my hands and knees
Trading in my god for this one
And he signs his name with a capital G"

There is nothing which can muddle or prevent the will of God's word from reaching our ears. However, we must always be careful in discerning which spiritual inspiration we are motivated by, careful to chose humility over pride, love over grudges, forgiveness over vengeance. We are called to think for ourselves, to be vigilant against the deceptions of that angel of light who is truly a serpent. Every teaching we receive should be tested. We are called to press on in the dark, mysterious daily walk of faith instead of settling for the comfortable conclusion that whatever the church says must be the will of God. Great deception has led the church down the road of greed, self-righteousness, and spiritual blindness. No longer are it's shepherds the faithful children of Abraham. This is why rock and pop music is being used to deliver the massage that the end is near. If the shepherds of the church seek true repentance, they should find forgiveness, but the odds are stacked against them. For how can they find the answer to a question they presume to have already solved? This problem that the church faces today is the same as that which overcame the Pharisees in the days of Christ. The difficult road of righteousness that Jesus pointed to then is still the same today. And the powerful blindness of those who claim to see is still as big of a problem as it has always been.

Matt 6:22-23
"The eye is a light for the body. If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eyes are evil, your whole body will be full of darkness. And if the only light you have is really darkness, then you have the worst darkness."

Hey Josh, "What the Bleep Do We Know" is a terrific movie. You should also check out "Peaceful Warrior"
I just wanted to make sure that you are talking about the spiritual storm or shaking. Part of me thinks that something could happen tomorrow (being the seventh anniversary of George W Bush's inauguration.) But if nothing ends up happening then, I do have a few other dates in mind (pure speculation). It could be on June 26, which would be three and a half years after the Tsunami of '04, or it could be this September 11th (marking the seventh anniversary of the attack, and lining up just before election season) it could be any day between now and January 20th 2009...or even (although probably not) after Bush steps down.

The bottom line on the issue is that I have not received any specific revelation about the day of destruction...but I feel in my very bones that it is coming soon. It's annoying, not knowing, (especially three years into this game) but I try not to let it bother me. As long as the Lord knows when he will step up in force and let loose his spiritual army on the darkened world, I'm content. I know none of us will be able to miss it when it happens, and that it will happen simultaneously, as the lightning flashes from the east through the west. The story of Gideon has tremendous significance for the strategy that God has for this last battle.

I suppose we all should try our best to take comfort in the assurance that no man knows the day or the hour, not the angels, not even the son (of which we are part of his body) but only the father knows. What the father alone knows, he alone is accountable for. Rest assured, he will not let us down, but is even now building us up, for his purpose! Perhaps we aren't given a date in the future to know because God wants us to trust him, and to be mindful and continually seeking him in the present moment. Lately I have found a very great blessing in giving God glory as often as I can, in good times and troubling times. I didn't used to think there was a difference between thankfulness and giving God glory...there is. We should be thankful, but we should also offer Glory up to the God who works miracles before our eyes, that are hidden from those who cling to darkness. The more we give glory as we find reason to, the more our faith will grow.

The title picture is spiritual. Very nice and the post is inspiring. (the anti ... picture is ugly). Another excellent music release was "Novella" in 1977 by the rock group 'Renaissance'; Annie Haslam's voice is mesmerizing. Pres. Bush seems too stupid to be the antichrist. All your posts are very inspiring.- God Bless

Thank you Anonymous. I used to dismiss George Bush's true evil because of his apparent foolishness. That facade acted as a veil to disguise his true nature, allowing him to deceive most people into dismissing him from being considered any real threat. The truth, of course, is that in the past seven years, George W Bush has accumulated more power, slithered out of more scandals, and raised up more debt than any president before him. He is so profoundly unlike any previous president that it would be a wonder if we could ever return to the old American political arena even IF he isn't the antichrist and just leaves the white house quietly.

Stephen Hanchett does a wonderful job in outlining the deceptive nature of Bush's foolishness in his website and in his book. I would strongly recommend reading the book before making a final judgment on Bush's symbolic nature, or his historic significance.

I think I'm going to write a post on what I see about to happen, where we, the overcomers, will fit into place; and how George Bush, like an attack dog, will turn on his masters, who used him and now plan to replace him. Bush will try to take over the world (only succeeding in destroying much life in his attempt)

This will take some time and research, but I've got most of the outline already at work, getting a little here, a little there. Once again thank you for reading, and your kind words. I'm very glad that you both could be edified by this effort.

A great apocalypse song, many yrs ago was "Bye Bye Miss America Pie". - About the comment above, Adolf Hitler turned out not to be the antichrist. Also Stalin, Napolean, .... The gospel is being preached on the media all over the world today. There has not been a 'Falling Away' yet. I do not have the 'prophetic gift' needed for the time of this. It does seem far too early now. Also, someone seems to be pulling the puppet strings on Bush which means he is not really in control. You are a talented writer and should not wager your reputation on this.

The gospel of st.Fox is a heresy of truly good news. There has been a "falling away" and it is called the religious right.

We are in a great spiritual war right now, and unfortunately the forces of apathy and disregard for human suffering are winning over the forces of love. The saints of God who live around the world are being overcome by the devil's forces, as was predicted in the last days.

There is an awakening that is taking place throughout the world. This could be your introduction to it. I don't even know who you are, or what you name is, so I don't understand why your current lack of a prophetic vision is conclusive evidence that the last days are still ahead of us. This is God's plan, not ours.

The anointing is real. It has transformed my life over the past three years. Before I received it, I had to admit to God that I did not know the truth, I had to humble myself and call upon his ability to deliver truth safe and sound to us. I had to voice the dedication of my life to his service come-what-may before I came to see the light about this day and age. Sounds obvious, but that's what it took.

Consider these things seriously, before judging them wrong. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will guide your path".

Also please give us a name, maybe you can share a little bit about yourself and your own current understanding of what the last days would be like.

I'm glad you think I'm a good writer. I don't really care about my reputation. We must forsake ourselves for the sake of Christ. That matter of reputation will resolve itself. It is important that I remain faithful to what I have been entrusted with. This is my calling. It's not always easy, but it is worthwhile.

Thank you for your interest in my anonymous comment. My blog is open, although being redesigned. It deals with 1: earthquakes 2: the Revelation(Dec 30). I do not have prophetic dreams (visions). My spiritual intuition, based on Catholic prayer, denies the Bush-Anti..theory. I have a severe disease, maybe terminal. - Rev 21:5 "...BEHOLD, I MAKE ALL THINGS NEW..." For help with your research please try: www. worldslastchance.com (This is an apocalyptic, Anti-Cath. Church web. I support orthodox Catholicism, not the modern Cath. Church.)

Earthquakes, I'm glad that you have established an identity. Your website should prove to be a very interesting read. I'll let you know what I think. I am completely convinced that George W Bush is the "man of sin", and its not a conviction based on intuition alone. Read the scriptures which refer to antichrist, and please read the website www.bushisantichrist.com

Don't allow your spiritual guidance to contradict the prophecy of scripture. The spirit is needed for understanding, but the word is what keeps us grounded...the word guides us and keeps us anchored. Even the disciples weren't always motivated by the holy spirit. Be cautious. It is only when the spirit and the word agree that we can experience the full truth. I hope that the Lord will use your illness to perfect you by his design, and I'm glad that you have found this site.

Before I post on the path that Bush is taking, and where it will lead, I would like to share a synopsis of my own life story. I suppose just to flesh out a bit from this blogging anonymity. Stay tuned.

The web I mentioned, is NOT my web. I just agree with the antiC../apocalypse in it & thought it may help your research. There was a math error in my last blog post; corrected today. I read Hanchett's web & also the old Clinton-antiC.. web (still avail. last month) before posting any of these comments. The old Clinton-antiC.. web is very convincing & totally FALSE. I am only commenting because I read ALL YOUR posts & think: 1. You have great writing talent. 2. You are being misled - Sorry. God Bless

young brother said...

If you have read all those things, then please offer a more substantial refutation instead of falling back on your Catholic intuition. Your disagreement is nothing new to me. Let me assure you that you'll have to present a reasoned and scripturally backed full-fledged refutation before you shake me from believing this is true. The Lord has confirmed this for me personally in miraculous ways. I have searched for leaks in the "theory" about Bush, and have come away knowing that it is solid.

I am sorry that you can't or won't see the differences between president Clinton and president Bush.

I don't want to get contentious here, so lets try to keep this civil. Start off with telling me how I'm "being misled", and lets go from there.

From earthquakes: apocalypse. I read your comment about my Jan 25 post and also your Jan 23 post about yourself. Your comment- "difficult to keep up"- I agree because the post is a difficult read, designed mainly for scientists & math graduates. Speculation only? -No, I am much more religious than. I am 25 yrs older than you & have seen many miracles, have been deeply involved with the Catholic Church, studied to be a Priest for several yrs -This great pursuit ended about 20 yrs ago when I witnessed the horrible death of a 12 yr old kid in front of my apt. The story is too long to discuss: It had a shocking effect on me and I gave up my Christian career and turned to atheistic science. After 10 yrs as a non-Christian, I began returning to the faith. It was small miracles, every day, from God that brought me back. You may not believe this-it is true: I was killed in a car accident-my head struck the colliding car so hard that it caved in the metal about 2 ft.- I was dead. Taken to emergency room- there was no lump on my head at all. No pain in my head. I walked out & took taxi home - For years after this, I was caught in a spirit world. I could see evil spirits in people. I could see the holy spirit in people. A 600 page book would not show all the miracles, visions, that I saw during the 5 yrs after the accident. One year before the 2004 tsunami quake, in a dream, I saw a tsunami rise on the ocean. I heard screams & saw people running in terror. Then 1 year later the tsunami quake struck. This was my last vision. No more since 2003. The prophecy in my profile -Jeremiah 50:46 that I said was the 2004 quake: God opened this prophecy after weeks of research. In my profile , this verse is shown from the Old King James authentic bible . Then , from the Hebrew Bible original text. The words are not the same. Take a look at the Isaiah giant earthquake prophecy , duplicated from the Hebrew Bible original text at the end of my Dec. 26 post. Then read this same prophecy in the authentic Old King James. The words are not the same. The Hebrew Bible is 'the original' old testament. This is corruption. All the words should be exactly the same in both old testaments. - Bush -the antichrist? "More people reading your blog?" -in your Jan 23 post. Take a look at the total views on my profile - almost 4000 Now look at the number of comments on my posts. Look at the counter number on your posts. Then look at the total comments. What I believe is happening is that people are opening posts & profiles to look . Then when they see it is religious , they just close it out. There may be only 3 people who have read any of my posts. You may be the only one who ever reads my new post. Months of research wasted ? Optimization on google- requires friends in high places. Also , in your case, almost noone believes Bush is the antiChrist since his term is almost up- I know you think nuclear war or terrorism will let Bush run a 3rd term but very few believe this and when people read your introduction , that ends their interest in your blog. I am out of time for now. There are lots of reasons to believe Bush is not the antiC. Also you made some mistakes in your Nov 17, "2 +2 =5 ". If you want to know reasons why Bush is not Anti or the mistakes in your post, LET ME KNOW in a comment below this one. I will get back to you when I have time. I have pressing family & financial problems right now. Try some of the videos on worldslastchance.com Some of these are about the antichrist. They are rated excellent by thousands who have viewed.

Thank you for offering your take on this, as well as sharing a little bit about yourself. Believe me, I fully understand the underdog nature of believing that Bush is the Antichrist. If Bill Clinton had done half the things that Bush has gotten away with, there would be hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people who would be convinced that he was the Antichrist by this point. George Bush's religious immunity is one of the more convincing factor's in the likelyhood of him being the final antichrist. But I digress.

I welcome your corrections. Whenever the time is good for you. I see what you mean about the way that blog-browsers dismiss blogs because of personal disagreements. That's why it's so important that I remain clear and concise in my description of this site. I don't want to fool anyone, but I do wish to use this platform to speak about what I see to be true. There are people out there who agree with the "theory". I deal with the public on a regular basis in my line of work, and once they hear my researched, scripturally backed argument, a seed is planted.

The prophets were shunned, given a thankless duty to preach warnings to a mostly unbelieving public. Christ himself was met with incomprehension, and so as his servant, it is my honor to wrangle with the same problem. I try my best to deal with it, but reason and scripture can only take us so far. The uphill struggle has done wonders to build my perseverance over the years, and it has enhanced my empathy with Christ.

Be blessed, and thank you once again for sharing a portion of your own testimony.

From earthquakes: apocalypse - My fiancee read your comment on my Jan 25post. She did much of the typing on it. A Jewish girl. She has been reading your posts and told me to give you this message from her about your 2+2=5 . Here it is: " Mr. Young ? I read your comment. You might be interested in knowing why it is 'very difficult for you to keep up' with things. I found many mistakes in your 2+2=5 post. -1-'the Big Lie'- It does look big with that capital B.- 2- 'sit quietly like that is bizarre' -Oh? Bizarre for an idiot to sit like a dumb cow? -3. 'never been held accountable' -Really? A new fact?- 4-'eerily mirror the wishlist'- An amazing spin of words. Couldn't find wishlist in the dictionary. 5- 'anything in and of itself' -Another word spin. Shortens to anything -6-'the most condemning response' -Really? Better to shoot down the planes with 300 Americans in each? -7-'I could go on and on' -No worthy examples given yet.- 8-'accomidate'-word doesn't exist -9-'warrents'-word doesn't exist -10-'not the yet-unsolved' -another word spin, shortens to is the solved- 11- 'mostly unquestioned' -shortens to seldom questioned -12-'heros'-plural error- 13- 'Number 7 imploded on itself' -This does not mean anything Mr. Young. The terrorists placed bombs in all the buildings before the hijacking. Most people believe this. It seems you have a difficult time with common sense. How are Mr. Hanchett's book sales doing? Did you get your profit share on his book ? Interesting Hitler words. The 3 of you may be together for a long time." -END- That is the end of her message - I, myself, do not care what is in any comment from anyone. I'm going to have to move all the dates on my posts up soon & delete all comments because its necessary for optimizing the posts on google. I am working on this optimizing problem. -God Bless

Wow, what a relief! For a moment there, I thought you had found some serious factual inconsistencies in my writing. I'm glad it's just a critique of my writing style.

I know it's more convenient for people to disagree with what I'm saying. But if that's the best "refutation" that you've got, it just doesn't hold water. It isn't wise for anyone to lecture a person about common sense while throwing nothing but their writing style in their face and calling it a valid reason to discredit their message.

I know you meant to tear me down, and make me eat some humble pie by what you wrote, but considering that what you said is the best leverage you can find against me, I still rest very assured in the rock that I have planted my feet in.

If this isn't a message you want to heed, you are free to continue living your life in whatever way you have been. My message is for those who seek to change their lives, to be transformed by the power of God, and to rise into a greater understanding of the modern world.

You can dismiss my message, and be caught by surprise when the shaking happens, or you can reconsider your approach, and why you want so badly to discredit what I say. The choice is yours.

May God Bless you, and may he draw you ever closer towards Him.

I realized that it was from her, and my response was aimed at her. For what it's worth, I'm sorry that you're no longer seeing each other, but I'm glad that you don't share the same perspective. I had obviously gotten her feathers pretty ruffled by some of my writings, and she was lashing out in an irrational manner (which is a form of behavior that I'm becoming more familiar with as days go by)

I didn't even bother to address her comment about building 7, but for the record let me just say that "most people" do not believe that "the terrorists" planted bombs in all three buildings before the box-cutter hijackings. I was a part of the development of Raleigh-Durham's 9-11 truth movement. I have spoken with hundreds of people about the attacks, and most people aren't even aware of Building 7's collapse. Your former fiancee is the first person I've met who is aware of that collapse and actually embellishes on the official story in order to justify the discrepancy. The official story cites all global collapses as being the result of fire. That gross error is only the tip of the iceberg of lies that has transformed our nation into a reincarnation of Nazi Germany.

A great film to summarize the holes in the official story is Loose Change: Final Cut. Check it out!

From earthquakes : apocalypse _ I had to delete all comments on my 3 posts for optimizing on google. This was not due to the content in the comments. I also enabled comment moderation because I've heard that some spam comments can never be removed. 911 is a divine judgment against America and more disasters will follow since the citizens will not accept the truth: that 911 was a judgment. Americans appear to be very proud of their corrupt govt. It is similiar to Sodom and Gomorrah. I don't know who the antiC is. I think he will rise out of Europe after a nuclear war.

In my understanding, the nuclear war will be the final stage of judgment on the earth before the return of Christ. The bowls of wrath, as it were. So much will change in an instant, that human kind would perish off the face of the planet without the timely intervention of God. The devil is so twisted and agonized by his sinful guilt that he has grown to despise humanity, and would destroy it if he is not able to fully rule it. The devil has been given control over the earth until the day that Christ returns, at which point he will be forced to relinquish his power and go forth into his judgment. He knows that time is coming, but he is not going to give up his power so easily. He is going to try and slaughter all the sheep before the coming of the shepherd, but thank God he will not be successful!

America is the most numb nation in the world to the suffering that has overcome the world. We think just because hell on earth is not in our back yard that we are far away from tribulation. That's what keeps us from being urgent, from recognizing our need to repent presently. As a nation, we know what is right, and we have the means to do what is right, and yet we consistently do evil unto the world. That isn't going to escape the attention of God. We think he is blind to our hearts because we've got millions of bumper stickers on our roads reading "God Bless America".

I believe in a God who has eyes much better than any of us could hope to have. He doesn't believe a word of the lies which have come to define our actions and our direction.

I am not sure that you believe George Bush is the antichrist. Can you give any specific reasons for this belief that are different from Mr. Hanchett's reasons on his web page ? If not , can you give a reason why you do not deal directly with this antichrist issue ? Have you had any visions that showed what will happen this year to give George Bush power to be president again ? If not , why do you believe this ? If Bush turns out not to be the one , who is going to be your next candidate for the antichrist ?

To start, I am not a follower of the antichrist, but rather a follower of Christ. I don't spend all my time on the subject of antichrist because the last days isn't just about him, but about the spiritually sick state of the world, how our actions always define us, and the ways that God is calling to us. I have no "next candidate" for the antichrist. If I turn out to be wrong, I will stop proclaiming prophecy (because I would have then been proven a false prophet, and unlike Pat Robertson, I would take that error in faith as a strong hint to stop).

I have presented my own case on the matter though, (it's in the archives) and after a little elaboration, I will repost that blog as a reminder as well as an introduction. Thanks for reading, Hopefully I'll be able to answer your questions.

I would like to offer an opinion about the two comments above. I agree with young brother's reply to this person, that the antic..is not the central issue of the apocalypse. The holy trinity will have total control when the antic.. does his final attack on christians. The man of sin, whoever he is, is only a demon used by God to test the individual faith. He may cause much misery, though the holy power will remain dominant. To young brother; there is another way to handle the risk of being labeled a false prophet. That is to get out of the Bush-antic..issue now. I believe you are wrong & that you are going to be labeled as a false prophet. You know that time is quickly running out for Bush to fulfill prophecies. You can still get out now & start posting about the apocalypse or whatever. You would have to change your blog introduction. I know you don't want to do this. I am leaving the internet behind soon & going back to the oriental world.

If you take no risk, you receive no reward. I'm not afraid of being wrong. I'm willing to risk being labeled a false prophet by saying this, because to the very best of my understanding, this position is true. This world is on it's way out. There is a spiritual battle being waged around us; the line has been drawn in the sand, and this is our opportunity to seek God and to pledge ourselves to his service (as in loving others to our own harm, and being willing to be rejected and humiliated simply for standing on behalf of the truth). This is our opportunity to do what's right because it's right, not because it's popular.

These days, most forms of righteousness are looked down upon as a weakness by the wisdom and strength that rules the world.

Not one person in my life yet has been able to give me a decent reason why George Bush is not the antichrist, and yet many people choose to disagree. Why? Because it's so much easier to disagree than it is to seriously consider the premise. I have been blessed in many ways over the past three years, but I also know what it costs to believe what I do. I'm not going to get out while I can. I'm in this ride all the way to the end, come what may. If I am wrong, I deserve to suffer the consequences of my stance. Think about this. Ask yourself why I would be willing to throw reputation away on something as outrageous as this belief. This isn't a joke to me, and this isn't speculation. This is a believer bearing witness of the truth that's still concealed from those who live and thrive in darkness. You have come this far. Don't shake your head and walk away. Think about these things. Pray for insight, for confirmation one way or another. Read the scriptures dealing with the last days and compare them with this premise. Judge this matter carefully and consider it seriously.

I heard that there is a radio evangelist in the US broadcasting at night on AM Christian radio, that he has seen a vision of 2 billion deaths this year. He is the leader of his own ministry. Some kind of prophecy congregation. Do you know anything about this? I am also getting a strong spiritual sense that something powerful is about to happen. I have had this intuitive sense before and the disaster usually happens in less than a year. I don't know what it is but seems to be very powerful, a stronger energy than I have ever noticed before. I'm leaving the internet soon and going on a catholic mission.
