Romans 13 in the News: Manipulation and Manifestation

The above video is at least a year old, but it's a chilling expose' of Bush's Department of Homeland Security approaching clergymen across the country, and training them to use their propaganda, mixed with Romans 13 as a way to pacify their congregations in the event of Martial Law. The preachers are being prepared to minimize dissent by painting any declaration of Martial Law, for any reason, to be the action of God's appointed leader, whom they should trust.

This is one of many warning signs that the Bush administration fully plans to still be in power when the nation descends into a new level of chaos, and that they have no problem with exploiting God and Christ to obtain their empirical goals. The "Posse Comitatus" law, mentioned in the video, which strictly forbids US troops from policing American streets has been recently undone, by the deployment of a brigade of troops who are fresh out of the Iraq war-zone to a military base in Georgia...their mission objectives are explicitly to put a lid on domestic dissent "just in case" there is a reason for martial law to be declared. Troops were sent to New Orleans after Katrina, and local police forcefully removed guns from citizens, including an old woman, that was tackled by a 250lb police officer. Strange policing actions also took place from the military and local police during the disastrous floods in the Mississippi region this summer.

These are localized practice-runs for a national transformation to martial law. Law Enforcement and Military are both working to train their people to disarm and consider all citizens to be potential enemies of the state. That's the sort of mentality they had in communist Russia. This is all very real, and painfully close. Annon recently shared this mp3 link to a very interesting radio broadcast from John Stadtmiller that paints an eerily possible picture of what could happen between now and the inauguration. It's well worth a listen, if you haven't heard it yet, you can come back to read the rest.

The problem we face, of course, is the fact that Romans 13 seems to support the idea of Christians submitting to ruling kings and governments without exception. Is that really the case, or is there something deeper going on?

Romans 13:1-5

Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same. For he is God’s minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil. Therefore you must be subject, not only because of wrath but also for conscience’ sake.
By isolating the first 5 verses of this chapter, clergy can advise submission to even the most despotic, and lawless of "rulers". Logic would suggest that only the cunning and deceptive minds of despotic rulers would think to use this passage as a way to pacify the masses. When we are interpreting scripture, it is always important for us to remember context. This is not limited to a chapter, or a book, but the entirety of Scriptures works together to preach one great message. There are paradoxes littered throughout, but no real contradictions. That statement is much easier said than learned, but it is true.

It must be established that our allegiance is to God first, and then to the "ruling authorities" that God has sanctioned. If our earthly leaders are in defiance to God, we must stand strong in the light that has been given to us by Christ, and be prepared to die, if necessary, for the sake of our faith. There is no compromise to that order of authority. When we are told to serve our earthly leaders (or ourselves, or anything) above our heavenly king, we are being lied to by a very old, very sinister fallen angel who twists scriptures to promote his own agenda.

In the desert, when he tempted Christ, the Devil offered to give Jesus dominion over all the kingdoms of the world, if Christ would only bow before him. This temptation demonstrates his ultimate desire to divert people's worship of God. I have no doubt that Lucifer was whispering into the minds of the mob that judged Jesus. John 19:15 reveals this twisted reasoning:

(The mob) shouted, "Take him away! Take him away! Crucify him!"
"Shall I crucify your king?" Pilate asked.
"We have no king but Caesar," the chief priests answered.
Romans 13, then is a very dangerous passage, if and when it is misinterpreted.

Verse 1 says that "every soul must be subject to the governing authorities", which implies that if a leader does not honor the laws that he has sworn to uphold, that leader is in violation to Romans 13. Only people who violate the law have any reason to fear the law. The Antichrist is described in scripture as being a very boastful, strong and fierce leader who "seeks to change the times and laws" in Daniel 7:25. He is called "The Lawless one" in several other prophetic references. The fact remains on display, that while Bush swore to uphold the constitution on inauguration day, he has actually moved in strong, strident steps to dismantle that constitution (which is the "governing authority" that is above him). Our rights and liberties have been stolen right before our very eyes. Sainthood: the compulsion to love your neighbors and to love your enemies, is now illegal according to the Patriot Act.

I see the constitution as something that God has sanctioned, because the heart of this governing document is wise, and just and fair.

The severe partisanship of the religious right, on the other hand, is not very fair. Think about this: Were leaders of the religious right citing Romans 13 in defense of Bill Clinton? Most pastors actually encouraged people's loathing of Clinton...whipping them up to a partisan frenzy that helped deliver the 2000, and 2004 presidential elections to George Bush. There is a massive anti-government, anti-tax sentiment that partially defines the religious right, and this sentiment runs completely contrary to Roman's 13, not just in verses 1-5, but the entire chapter.

Romans 13:6-7
For because of this you also pay taxes, for they are God’s ministers attending continually to this very thing. Render therefore to all their due: taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customs, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor.
I believe that Paul is actually warning us not to engage in violent resistance to tyranny, for he knew that the Christians in Rome, and true followers of Christ in the future would be persecuted without cause, just as Jesus was. That persecution can stand as a testimony, as long as we remain blameless, refraining from any evil, even in our resistance to tyranny. This principle was Echoed by the apostle Peter, in the other, oft-interpreted teaching from 2 Peter 2:13-25.

We are commanded to "Bless those that curse us, bless and do not curse". Paul also taught, "Do not confront evil with evil, but overcome evil with good". That is one of the ultimate expressions of self denial. I don't think any of us would have the strength or the will to behave that way without the spirit of Christ within us. But we can do all things through Christ, who strengthens us.

Dick Chaney is on the receiving end of that sword wielded by the governing authority of the law of the land. In the past three days, he was indicted in a tiny Texas town. This is a time of consequences, a time to pay the piper. The problem is, the Bush Administration is very dangerous, especially when cornered. Justice will be served, if not sooner, certainly later...(and not much later at that).

Romans 13:8-14
Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law. For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not bear false witness,” “You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, are all summed up in this saying, namely, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.

And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.

The Twilight Zone of the Bush Years.

For this blog, and for thousands of people who already recognize the way that George Bush's presidency has mirrored the rule of Adolph Hitler, and who understand the serious threat that this country has been facing under his rule...we are in a strange time. Considering that these are the waning hours of Bush's legitimate claim to office, I see this time as a "Twilight Zone" of his rule. It is a time where Bush will either spring the trap that he seems to have been preparing throughout his presidency, or he will fade into obscurity. All chips are on the table, but the odds seem to be in favor of a relatively smooth transition into an Obama presidency.

  • The war drums that are beating towards Iran, Pakistan, and most recently Russia have not led us to an actual war.
  • America has survived through the seventh anniversary of 9-11 and beyond without being shocked once again by a massive Terrorist Attack. Thusly, Bush has not declared martial law, as many suspected he would.
  • The greedy practices of deregulation have been exposed as the utmost in foolishness, and have decapitated several major corporations in the past months.
  • Although millions of people have starved in the past year because of the failing world economy, and billions have just gone deeper into debt, it seems that dramatic government intervention and the promise of change have seemed to steer us clear of a financial Armageddon. (despite the fact that the stock market has continued to tumble, regular people are feeling more confident about the future in general.)
We have just passed through a historic, dramatic and turbulent election campaign, and it seems like the Democratic party has emerged on the other side completely triumphant. Everywhere, from the News Stations to neighborhoods and villages around the world, people are calling, "Peace and Safety!" They see the dawning rays of a new and better day ahead, and they are so beaten down and weary from the pitch darkness that has defined this millennium so far, that they are basking in it's glory before it has actually arrived.

Even though Bush has promised to make the transition of government as easy as possible, and even though he praised President-Elect Barrack Obama, he's still in power for the next couple of months. The coast isn't clear quite yet. From what I've gathered in my study of George Bush, it seems like he goes out of his way to proclaim and promise the exact opposite of what he actually does. He speaks in opposites. When he said "I am a uniter, not a divider", he actually has worked to polarize and split up the nation into idealogical trenches. When he said "War is a last resort", he meant he was scheming up a way to convince the American people that they should support an upcoming war. When he said he is "Compassionate", he has proven himself to be heartless, merciless, and completely out of touch with almost everyone. When he said, "America does not torture", we have found out that America does torture in quite barbaric ways. Knowing this history makes me believe that when Bush says, "I'm going to make this an easy transition", it means something else entirely. Right now he is focused on passing through as much regulation as he can before the scheduled transfer of power takes place. Bill Clinton did the same thing in late 2000, and most people are so fed up with the wacky, can't-seem-to-do-anything-right ways of Bush that they are already thinking of the President Elect as the President. They don't care what Bush does these days, which gives him plenty of opportunity to plan his surprise stay in office. Bush claiming that it will be a peaceful and cooperative transfer of power might also mean that Barrack Obama is in serious danger, because he is in the way of something much bigger.

Let me be perfectly clear by saying that I voted for Obama, and I hope that there is a peaceful transfer of power. I hope that I'm wrong about the timing of these days, and about the identity of the Antichrist. But I've done a lot more homework than most people can tolerate, and I know our current president's style and habits very well. I hope that Obama takes his security needs seriously, because the foolish, fundamentalist, boy-king who has promised to play nice is in reality a monstrous man who was aware of, and involved in the 9-11 attacks. Bush is a part of that evil cabal that destroyed the lives of so many over seven years ago. That's why Osama Bin Laden was never caught. That's why he sounded so calm, eloquent, and rehearsed in the statements he made on that day. That's why he dragged his feet and actively interfered with the 9-11 investigation. Bush most likely was not the mastermind, but he has been the spokesman for the true conspirators of 9-11. That's why Barrack Obama's life is at risk.

I do not believe this will be a peaceful transfer of power, because America was taken over 8 years ago. We were the victims of a coup that we never came to terms with. The evidence of it is screaming at us to pay attention to it, but many will not...can not. The real truth about what is going on in the world is so much uglier than what most people are ready to accept. Most people can accept the fact that the Iraq war was based on lies, but they are not willing or able to accept the fact that the entire War on Terrorism, and the invasion of Afghanistan were also based on a lie. Most people can agree the 9-11 was a day that many of our nations defenses failed simultaneously, but they are not willing to consider that 9-11 was an inside job. It's entirely possible for almost anyone to become educated about the events of that day and other world events, but most people resist the truth about it, without even being aware of their resistance.

President Bush has shaped this century so far in a profoundly vulgar way. His legacy is one of torture, of lies: the very dictionary definition of Evil. It amazes me that people still allow themselves to believe that he could be a born again Christian, filled by the Holy Ghost, and representing Christ on earth as a member of his church. People who think this way have not held Bush accountable for his claims; they have not tested his spirit.

The truth is that Bush is a documented demon worshipper, who took part in a Black Mass and was "born again" unto Satan in 1968. The truth about this man has been exposed, if people would only seek it out. The dots of documents and facts have all aligned themselves before the whole world, and they are begging to be connected. But only some people are connecting these dots.

People everywhere want change, though. They want the restoration of law, and of peace, and of hope for the future. They want change, but they're not quite sure how to get it. Everywhere, people are groaning in tribulation. They are suffering under the weight of a world-wide non-stop "War on Terrorism", they are going hungry because of the recent spike in food prices. The earth itself is becoming more and more furious over time, at the same time that species of plants and animals are dying at an alarmingly accelerated rate. This is a historic time of tribulation for the entire world. It is a time of judgment, because the majority of western believers have abandoned Christ for the sake of Christianity. They have been led like sheep into a very dark place. We do not need a man with common sense and optimism to save us, we need divine intervention, and a change of our own hearts.

There is a spiritual war in full swing at this very moment. But you have to realize that God is watching, is very close, and is seeing who is faithful and who is not in order to understand the reason for the increase in suffering around the world. God is judging the Prosperity movement as guilty through this economic meltdown, he is judging the war-mongering, gay-bashing moral bankruptcy in the church by allowing curses, not blessings, to pour upon America these days. If people would repent, would change their hearts and lives, and start acting out of the Love that is available to us all, we would see the world truly improve. That's what's needed for change. Not one good man as our leader, but what my roommate refers to as a "Revolution of the individual". Everyone needs to understand that the Spiritual battlefield is as close as our own minds, and victories and defeats are tallied by the decisions we make, by our every action. The judgment of the world is not something outside of ourselves, that is being judged independently of ourselves. It is here, now, and we are all a part of it. All will be judged by a standard that has been written in stone, and preserved for thousands of years. The only way to ensure that you will escape the wrath of God is to serve Him, and Love Him with all of your heart, soul, mind and strength; to respond when you hear Him in your conscience; to love your neighbors (all of them! Muslim, Jewish, Religious Right, Gay, Straight, Red, Yellow, Black, and White).

Repentance is a very basic message, the problem is that it's not taken very seriously by most. Let's not give our new elected officials the responsibility of our repentance, because they cannot take it. Let's not hope to move on and gloss over the mistakes that we have made, because we will continue going in the wrong direction if we do not first confess our mistakes, and start out on a new course. This day is an opportunity to repent, I hope that many come to realize it, and take advantage of our shared opportunity.

The Hegelian Principal and the Global Economic Meltdown.

Recent events have shaken a few more people awake about how close we are to general collapse and total chaos. The recent "economic meltdown" is a classic case of the Hegelian Principle (which is the main tool used by shadow governments for advancing the New World Order plan). What is the Hegelian Principle? It is a simple, formula of: Problem, Reaction, Solution. This method helps the few to gather more and more power over the many without revolt...it is the reason that governments attack their own people in "False Flag" operations, and it is unfolding before our eyes.

Problem: Various major banks have begun to implode in rapid succession. The credit market froze up solid for several crucial weeks, and will probably continue moving at a trickle until...

Reaction: Panic!! Through a combined effort of mainstream media, coordinated bankers, and political leaders preaching an economic doomsday. The whole world watches as global stock markets tumble, credit markets freeze up, hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars are thrown at the free markets, but nothing seems to be working.

Solution: This is still being worked out in real time, but you'd better believe the plans began behind closed doors a long time ago, and the brand of the beast is all over it. We are witnessing the formation of a financial New World Order.

The best way to spot "Problem, Reaction, Solution", is to pay attention to who benefits from a major problem. The motive is in the solution, which is always something that the public would not accept under normal circumstances. For instance, the U.S.A. Patriot Act would have never been passed without the attacks of 9-11, even though it was written and assembled in the late 1990s.

I was wrong recently in predicting a terrorist attack on the seventh anniversary of 9-11. I admit it. My interpretation was flawed simply because I injected myself in what was being said. But what I saw originally was a period of testing between the events of 9-11, and it's seventh anniversary. And I saw that if we chose the wrong path (of vengeance, greed, corruption, and self righteousness), we would very shortly suffer the consequences...and here we are.

(As I understand it, Bush and the Illuminati as a whole, plotted planned and executed the terrorist attacks of September 11th, 2001. If this is a surprise to you, or a "theory" that you've heard of and dismissed before, you should check out this link, this video, and start doing some serious digging. Because there's not that much time left where we will have the luxury of research. Knowledge is power. The more you learn on your own about who is manipulating what in the world today, the less confused and terrified you will be when they bring the hammer of Martial Law down on us. The Illuminati are completely exposed right now before all who will seek the truth...thanks to the internet, and the spirit of Truth.)

One of the reasons that this problem has blown up so quickly is that Major coorporations that are struggling now have gotten into in the habit of keeping their troubles secret until they implode. In this "Free market" which is based on faith, it is suicide for some businesses to disclose their troubles, when others keep their poker face set. Enron was an early manifestation of the "bad fruit" of a deregulated market. Greed, dishonesty and treachery have flourished under deregulation, like fungus grows in dark spaces.

It is very important that we recognize the spiritual reality in all of this. We, beings of flesh, are as puppets to be guided and directed by whatever Spirit we give authority to. Although we do have free choice, and we can take power from a bad spirit and offer it to God's spirit (and unfortunately vice-versa)...only by spiritual manipulation would people destroy their own future with such dedication. That's what has been happening, and our leaders (who have steered us into this terrible place that we are now) go through rituals renewing their allegiance to demonic forces on a fairly regular basis.

Lehman Brothers and Meryl Lynch went bankrupt on Monday September 15th, which started this current credit "crisis". For days after that, I, like most everybody else, watched dumbfounded as company after company, bank after bank, went under in a chain reaction. 9-11-08 was the last peaceful day before this shaking. Mark my words, things are going to get a lot worse before they start getting better for this world. This is only the beginning of a new stage.

When I specifically wrote that there would be a terrorist attack on 9-11-08, I was drawing the conclusion from a gut feeling that had haunted me since 9-11-01. The root of that feeling was that we would have seven years to repent before Satan was allowed to spring his final NWO plan on the world. The world had a window of seven years that most were blissfully unaware of. Between 9-11-01, and 9-11-08, the church was being watched very closely by God and his host.
During that time, a massive "Truth" movement grew up in the outer edges of society, and began infiltrating the whole world. While all people have the freedom to ignore such movements, the elite is very aware of it, and working furiously to put a lid on it before a critical mass of awareness is reach, and their power is taken away. This is why they are attacking society as a whole by cutting off credit. What's happening is one part Satan's attack strategy to dismantle the old economic system before introducing a new, global system...But it's also God's judgment against dishonest and greedy business practices.

The Global Stock Market represents a house that's built on sand, and it is crumbling down. People that have dedicated their lives to the Kingdom of God are living in a house that's built on rock...and they will withstand the storms that are brewing now. I know this conclusion sounds very simple, and basic, but it's the truth. If you live for Love, you will survive the storms, but if you live for the system, and for self, you will be swept away. The whole world is being judged, but it is the heart of every individual that is really being considered.

If
you have been serving the system, dismissing the warning signs, and waiting for somebody else to clean up the mess that we as a whole have created and allowed...change your heart! Do not be afraid of God's judgment, because it is being carried out by the source of true Justice. Engage in the battle between tangible truth and the lies that define this system. As you find light and truth, share it freely to all who seek the light. The only weapons that can really hit the enemy of God is a love for the truth, and a willingness to share light freely...to love our neighbors. The only thing that we each have the power to change in this world is the state of our hearts...to care and to make the effort of repentance.

In Revelation 11, when the Lord's time to rule comes there is much rejoicing in heaven. The rulers of this world system have been ravaging the world's resources, and producing vasts amounts of polution into our skies, seas, and land. They are literally "Destroying the Earth", and if they are not stopped, none will survive. Those who are in the light already, hold fast! Deliverance is surely coming.

Rev 11:16-18
And the twenty-four elders who sat before God on their thrones fell on their faces and worshiped God, saying:

“ We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty,
The One who is and who was and who is to come,
Because You have taken Your great power and reigned.
The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come,
And the time of the dead, that they shall be judged,
And that You shall reward Your servants the prophets and the saints,
And those who fear Your name, small and great,
And You shall destroy those who destroy the earth.”

A coup in America, October 1st. This is the Beginning of the End.

Above is an interview with Naomi Wolf, feminist, activist, author of "The End of America" and "Give Me Liberty". In this interview, she explains that a coup was carried out, by the Bush administration threatening congress with Martial Law on October 1st. So much has happened since this "financial crisis" began. The McCain campaign was suspended; Martial Law has been introduced as a possibility, used as a threat against members of congress; New York Mayor Micheal Bloomberg has announced that he will be changing the term limits laws, and running for a third term as mayor because of this crisis; and a brigade of Army troops has been sent to Georgia, "on call" to respond to domestic dissent when martial law is actually declared. If American readers tell your friends and family, and call your district attorneys and do what Vincent Bugliosi suggested, which is to call your local District Attorney and demand that they arrest the president immediately for murder. If a soldier who has died in Iraq is from his district, he has the jurisdiction to make such an arrest. Although the odds are stacked against stopping him, I pray that he will be stopped, because the things that are planned for this planet are truly horrible.

Below is an Alex Jones interview with Naomi Wolf. In it, they discuss the rise of fascism in America, and then have an in-depth discussion of the Bush family History, and Prescott Bush's roots in the funding and establishment of Nazi Germany. The truth is so much stranger than fiction. Bush = Nazi. This is all real, the "Conspiracy Theorists" are not joking. This credit crunch is an economic attack of the very few against the many. It's a program, not an accident.

Financial Tsunami; The End of the World as We Knew it.

Article by F. William Engdahl:

The unexpected rejection by the US Congress of the Bush Administration financial rescue plan, TARP on September 29 has opened up the spectre for the first time of a 1931-style domino wave of worldwide bank failures. That is already underway across the US banking spectrum with the failure, nationalization or forced liquidation in the past two weeks of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, of the giant Washington Mutual mortgage lender, of the nation’s fourth largest deposit bank, Wachovia. That was on top of a wave of smaller bank failures that began with IndyMac in the spring. For some it is appealing and more simple to grasp the magnitude of these titanic events in the US-centered financial world by assuming it is all part of a pre-planned grand conspiracy by the Money Masters, what in the 1920s in the USA was termed the Money Trust, to control the entire financial world.

9-11 Seven Years of Ripening.

9-11-08 was the last day of peace before Hurricane Ike caused gas prices to skyrocket even further. This was followed by the current escalation in the economic downward spiral... (Meril Lynch, Lehman Brothers, AIG) but that's obviously not what I was "predicting".

The Lord will be glorified no matter what happens, so I am not too worried, and I am very relieved not to have said "Thus Saith the Lord" about 9-11-08. I've had glimpses and snippets of visions before, but I'm much more comfortable in learning about the past, and analyzing our present than I am in predicting the future.

That being said, it is possible for us to understand what will likely happen in the future, if we do the hard work of learning the hidden details of history (like the Media-ignored comparisons between Bush's 9-11, and Hitler's Reichstag fire). We can also understand what will likely happen in the future if we pay close attention to current events. Most people don't have the time for that, because their time is spent on their jobs, families, or other priorities of this world. But those people who have studied, because of a hunger to know the truth no matter what cost...people who come to know what's going on, who's behind it, and why it's happening are entrusted with "a message of hope for those who receive it, and a warning to those who will not".

The above quote is a lyric from the Psycho-spiritual-Metal band, "Tool". This band produced an album in the spring of 2001 that eerily predicted the post-9-11 world. Read the lyrics to Laturalus here. It's amazing.

What's more amazing, Alex Grey, who has painted the artwork for their album covers since 2001, actually predicted the post-9-11 world in a painting he made in 1989. The picture below shows two airplanes flying towards the twin towers in the background, and in the foreground, there are three characters: a "terrorist", a dark suit wearing gentlemen who looks suspiciously like George W Bush, and a "Dick" (as in, Dick Cheney). I am publishing this painting because of it's foresight and significance to the greater spiritual picture. I hope that I will not offend anyone by doing so.

This painting shows what I see as a combination of the tree of life, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. It also expresses the two paths ahead of us that I saw in my vision at the church in the week after 9-11. Those who choose the way of light, and life and God have been transforming during the past seven years into a greater awareness, empathy and understanding of the universe. Those who choose the way of darkness, and selfishness, and vengeance have experienced an atrophy of the spirit. The lost are suffering from this. They have no idea what's going on. They do not see the writing on the wall, or the dots connecting themselves. The Biblical analogy of "light" and "darkness" is about comprehension. Spiritual darkness is a plague that effects the lost (who are guided by liars, and agents of the adversary). This plague also affects the wicked themselves.

I believe that because both the lost and the wicked are in darkness, we must not condemn those who are in darkness. "Done" recently remarked on that, warning those gathered here not to get sucked up into the same condemning spirit that has it's grip on most people. He makes a very important point. We must confront and stand up when we're facing a lie, but we must not eternally condemn the liar, because it is God's duty to judge who is a deceiver, and who has simply been deceived.

God will distinguish what to keep and what to throw away, and always has. Even still, Light must penetrate the darkness. The lost will not like light shining in their eyes at first, but it's the only way to get them out. The wicked will fight to destroy the light. None of us has perfect light, but we do all have some of that light within us. It is our sacred duty to share it, in love (patience, kindness, etc). That task is certainly difficult, but in Christ it is possible, and we must be in Christ to share the light. We know the darkness will be done away with, let us continue to proclaim it. To our friends, relatives, neighbors, and strangers. The harvest is plentiful, and ripening even now. This is a wonderful time to be rooted in the Rock of Christ.

John 1:4-5

In Him (Jesus, the Word) was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
Jesus says in John 15:1-12
“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.

“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.

“As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.

Love is the Key. We know this, but it's good to remember it constantly, and not to be lured away from it for any reason. If we begin to argue with others purely for the thrill of winning, we are not abiding in love. The truth can only be received if it is offered in love. We must act out of love, for God, for brother, for neighbor, for enemy, and for self. We must teach in love, share in love, and most importantly, demonstrate love. Love is the Light that has been given to us, and that we must give out. Praise the Lord!

1 Cor 13:1-3
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing. more...

Will America Be Attacked on 9-11-08?

Could America be the victim of another surprise attack on September 11th, 2008? I believe it's not only possible, it's extremely likely. Knowing how risky it is to make such a bold statement, I am willing to stake my claim at Prophecy by saying that yes, it will happen.

I have been pondering and hesitating over the post you are about to read for a very long time. But that is because I haven't heard the deep, separate, and echoey voice of God saying "Yes, America will be attacked by that Wolf who cries Terrorist (George Bush) on 9-11-08". I also don't know what will happen on the day itself.

What I have experienced are ideas, observations, and random thoughts that are more solid than my normal thoughts. These thoughts make me feel as though I know with certainty things that I have no business of knowing. I have always been very skeptical about those thoughts, and ashamed to experience them, because I knew that thoughts like that are a symptom of insanity. But I have come to believe that the prophets of the Old Testament also have those thoughts. And I'm willing to take the gamble and stake my reputation on this prophecy. We'll know for certain next Thursday.

Below is an account of when those "more solid thoughts" about Bush and 9-11-08 struck me:

1. In late November 2000, while the first Bush election was still up for grabs, I was in the car with my cousin Matt, and we were listening to "Antichrist Superstar"...Suddenly, I was compelled to tell him, "If Bush somehow wins this election, and then proves that he has been lying about all of his Christian morals of peace and compassion, and he somehow invades Iraq, you just watch, he'll turn out to be the Antichrist, because God wouldn't stand for it." I didn't take my own advice, and didn't really come to believe that Bush is the Antichrist until December 2004, but that was the first heavy thought.

2. On 9-11-01, when everything was falling apart, and everyone was in some state of shock, I had a certain thought that the Antichrist was behind the attacks, and that there would be another event, but not for another seven years (9-11-08). Sure enough, with Anthrax, and Snipers and School shootings plaguing America in the years between, there has not been a single attack on America that has been linked to Al Qaeda in the seven years since 9-11. I didn't believe that Bush was the Antichrist on that day. Like many, I suspected that it was Osama Bin Laden. But I knew the Antichrist was behind the attacks.

3. A week after 9-11-01, I went to church with my Mom, and instead of the normal Wednesday night Bible study, Trinity Broadcasting Network was holding a nationally televised prayer meeting in the sanctuary. At first, I just sat and listened to the angry, hurt, and vengeful prayers. I hoped that someone in line would set the course straight and pray for forgiveness...but none did. When I realized that none would say that, I got in the line. As I stood there I prayed that I was being rash, that there wasn't a spiritual cancer in the heart of the congregation that forgot forgiveness when it was needed the most. I prayed that someone else, anyone else, would say what was on my heart. None did.

At that time, I saw a very clear vision of America's destiny. I saw two paths ahead of the intersection of 9-11, and I knew that our reaction would determine which path we would go on. I knew for certain that we had to make the right choice, and go on the right path as soon as possible, because God would allow only seven years of this gross misrepresentation of Christ. I knew that if we fed the fear and the hatred in our souls, and if we believed that it was righteous, we would be doomed as a nation. I knew that we would be withered up in seven years time...and here we are. I also saw another pathway ahead of America, the high road. The way of peace, and mercy, and love. The way that normal Americans were when they responded to the victims of 9-11. I knew the greatest obstacle ahead of us was learning how important it is to love our enemies. And I knew that if we couldn't learn that, like the unforgiving servant, we would be judged as guilty by God himself.

4. In late December 2004, when the Tsunami hit, I felt like I was snapped out of a trance by the massive tragedy. It was then that I prayed for God to show me what was really going on in the world; if these were signs of the end; and if the Antichrist really was in power somewhere. I had an incredible hunger to get to the bottom of this "end of days" question, and to seek the truth at any cost. In short, I finally gave weight to some suspicions that I had for years...and my life was forever changed because of it. Two days later, I first saw the "Bush Is Antichrist" website, and a lot of things about the world seemed to come into sharp focus and make more sense.

5. In August 2005, eight months after coming to believe that Bush is the Antichrist, I started doing some real research about the 9-11 attacks. I soon realized that amazingly enough, 9-11 itself was carried out by a shadowy Western elite (and George Bush was in on it...which explains the strange behavior of the Secret Service that morning, along with a whole series of spiritual and moral questions). I later found out that Adolph Hitler created the Nazi dictatorship out of a German democracy based on "false flag" terrorist attacks, and the promise of enhanced security. But more on the serious Hitler/Bush connections in a later post.

6. Leading up to the 2006 elections, The head of the house I am living in was speculating that the Bush administration would stage another false-flag "terrorist attack" before the '06 Congressional elections. He felt that Bush couldn't afford to lose control of Congress to the Democrats that year, and so he would have to attack, or risk impeachment. My view was different. We all had our moments of speculation and analysis. We all wanted to know what would happen. This was the fall of 2006. My speculation felt more like a proclamation, and while it seemed pretty unlikely, I was very sure that it would happen. This is what I said:

"I believe that the Bush administration will wait until they're ready. I don't think they will be impeached unless it's part of the plan, But when they do strike, Karl Rove is going to be in legal trouble, and Bush is going to be going through some sort of Impeachment process. His impeachment will probably still be in debate on the house floor when it happens. Why do that? Because it would create a wave of sentiment for the Bush administration. They will go through the motions of being held accountable to what's left of the law, and then we will be attacked, to break the sovereignty of the law by the urgent need for security. The next major "Terrorist Attack" against America will happen right near the end of his term, because why would Bush waste his official time in office? He has no reason to attack until the clock is almost up, and he has to have some sort of excuse to continue in office, and that excuse will come from chaos. He will at least try to spin declaring Martial Law as a "public service", or a "last resort"...but it's really a massive power grab. I also think he struck a deal with some of the corporate heads who are a part of this Bohemian Grove / Bilderberg conspiracy. Bush promised to keep things peaceful for a set amount of time, so that they could maximize their profits, and maximize the debt of the masses during that time. I believe it's going to happen on September 11th 2008".

And here we are today...The economy is in shambles: we are experiencing a worldwide food and fuel crisis, an above-average abundance of Natural Disasters. In May of this year Asia experienced two extremely devastating natural disasters, Typhoon Nagis, and an earthquake in China. In June the Mississippi River flooded many areas along it's coast in the great floods of '08, and Dennis Kusinich introduced 35 articles for impeachment against George W Bush. In July, Karl Rove was held in Contempt of Congress because he didn't show up to testify in regards to the recent Justice Department scandal. So my improbable "speculation" has been coming true exactly so far.

On August 8th, The morning of the Olympics grand opening, Georgia (believing they were backed by NATO) began bombing the separatist region of South Ossetia (which is largely composed of Russian-speakers, and is part of the pre-communist Russian empire)...Russia fought back with a massive demonstration of military might, and there is talk now about how we are in a New Cold War. On August 18th, Perez Musharraf stepped down as president, leaving Pakistan in a "political vacuum". Things are shaky right now, and they could tip over very easily, but people are still looking away, still hoping for deliverance in the next presidential administration.

If there is a terrorist attack on September 11th, it would cause at least part of the "9-11 truth" movement to hit the streets in hope of starting a revolution. An attack on that day might also cause some gun-loving evangelicals to snap, and go on a crusade to kill liberals and "secular humanists" in the name of the Lord. Seven years is, after all, a very significant time-frame for people who are fascinated with the apocalypse in the mainstream church, and there are plenty of dangerous people who are obsessed with Armageddon, and have been taught for the past seven years that the "War on Terrorism" is righteous. So in some ways, 9-11 is the Achilles heel of America. After the reaction from the masses, Bush would have no choice but to declare Martial law, and use those Halliburton-built concentration camps to "quell domestic dissent".

In the movie, The Devils' Advocate, Al Pacino (the Devil) says, "I'm a surprise, they don't see me coming". Bush's plan is simple, and devious: it is to take over the world. He has the same ambition as Adolph Hitler...but for some reason, most people aren't willing or able to see that about him. He will strike on 9-11, and use the strike as an excuse to gather more power. And most just don't see him coming. But some do, praise God.

The Treacherous Tongue, A Double Edged Sword

Most people like to talk. Usually we talk about what we know. If we spend our time watching sports, we'll talk about sports. The same is true for politics, or foreign films, or history, or almost any topic. And then there are people who act as if they had full knowledge of all topics, but they are usually lying. What we say reveals who we are. This is something that a lot of people know, but don't really understand, except on a very basic level. And it is not just a universal truth: it's a very well covered Biblical teaching. Our tongues can deliver us out of tricky situations, and they can draw us into traps of our own making. The tongue has the power to bless, curse, praise and blaspheme. And the less we control it, the more damage it will do. Proverbs 17:27-28 says,

"He who has knowledge spares his words, And a man of understanding is of a calm spirit. Even a fool is counted wise when he holds his peace; When he shuts his lips, he is considered perceptive."

James 3 discusses the Treacherous Tongue; starting off with a warning that there shouldn't be many who strive to be teachers (official talkers), because teachers are held to a higher scrutiny. It is much easier to have the ambition to teach than it is to have the discipline, understanding and discernment to do it well. The words of all spiritual teachers are under the spotlight, in heaven and on Earth, and that is how it should be. But there are some "teachers" who are oblivious to that reality, and speak from the hip, letting their stronger emotions determine what they say. Many of these teachers are also in the habit of listening to their "students" only enough to begin formulating their own brilliant response. They love to talk, but don't value listening. Because the flow of communication is disrupted, they soon have almost nothing of substance to say, becoming a dead sea of words.

Wise teachers are aware of the higher standard, yet by faith they proceed, and pray that they might be up to the challenge. They speak carefully, disciplining their tongues. They speak as often as they need to, and listen as much as they can.

Jesus Christ issued his strongest warning, when talking about the tongue. You'll find in Matthew 12:30-37 Jesus:
  1. reveals that the only unpardonable sin has to do with speaking
  2. says "out of the mouth comes the abundance of what's in the heart"
  3. and he also warns that everyone will be held accountable for every careless word we speak (which is a great reason to speak thoughtfully and carefully).
A disciplined tongue is capable of sharing wonderful depths of wisdom, if it is connected to a heart that loves truth, and mercy; and loves God, and Neighbor. The fruit of our words, whether they be healthy or sour, are nourished by the root of our soul. Once we stop excusing ourselves, and really examine what we say, we can see how true these teachings of Jesus are, and we will certainly begin to watch what we say.

Jesus had an uncanny ability to read between the lines with people. Sometimes he overheard whisperings from among the disciples, sometimes he even read people's minds, but mostly he just listened to what was being said to him. He also told us, "These things I do, you will do, and even greater things than these!" That is quite a promise for his followers. I follow Jesus fiercely, and have for most of my life. Out of all the people I've ever known or read about, Jesus always seemed to make the most sense to me. I have been blessed with the faith to believe his Word more than anything else. I believe him more than I believe myself. He speaks the purest truth the world has ever known. Universal truth. So I believe him when he says we can do what he did. And Jesus was very, very good at accurately figuring people out.

How did Jesus figure people out so well? He did it by listening to people. It's amazing how often we don't listen when we are in a conversation. M. Scott. Peck, in his fantastic book, The Road Less Traveled and Beyond goes into great depth about listening, and thinking, and communication. Listening takes effort, but it's well worth the price. Listening is an act of love. It is an ongoing effort (not a passive "skill"). But if you get into the habit of actually listening and absorbing what is being said to you, by you, around you, it may be that you will come to realize how much we all expose our true selves by the words we speak. If we speak in ways that lead to peace, and freedom, and love, and joy, and faith, and understanding and encouragement...our words are good. On the other hand, if we speak in ways that lead to envy, hatred, greed, pride, misery, hopelessness, and confusion...our words are bad. We are what we speak.

James 3:

My brethren, let not many of you become teachers, knowing that we shall receive a stricter judgment. For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body. Indeed, we put bits in horses’ mouths that they may obey us, and we turn their whole body. Look also at ships: although they are so large and are driven by fierce winds, they are turned by a very small rudder wherever the pilot desires. Even so the tongue is a little member and boasts great things.

See how great a forest a little fire kindles! And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell. For every kind of beast and bird, of reptile and creature of the sea, is tamed and has been tamed by mankind. But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so. Does a spring send forth fresh water and bitter from the same opening? Can a fig tree, my brethren, bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Thus no spring yields both salt water and fresh.

Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom. But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic. For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy. Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

The Resurrection of the Body of Christ

The Apostles Creed is a summary of the common beliefs held by all Christians, of all denominations, and was written during the time of the apostles (while miraculous power still defined the baby church) . One of the beliefs listed in this creed is "The resurrection of the body". While many assume that this refers to our physical bodies, we should remember that in the New Testament, "body" is a metaphor for the church itself. I believe that the "ressurection of the body" is referring to a new spiritual life that will come into the church in the days leading up to the return of Christ. If you read the New Testament, you'll see that the promises, callings and definitions of our faith stretch very far above and beyond the experience of most. The Holy Spirit empowered believers when the church was first forming, and I believe that Spiritual anointing was a "first fruit", or a taste of what was certain to come at God's appointed time. I believe that God is powerful, purposeful and patient, and that all things he has promised will certainly come true.

I also believe that the timing for this "resurrection of the body" is now. Because "1000 years is as a day to the Lord and a day is as 1000 years", Jesus was resurrected "in the early hours of the third day", and he also claimed that he would be "perfected in the third day". Have no doubt, by considering that this Resurrection of the Body applies to the church, I am also saying that the Body of Christ has been "dead" for almost all of the past 2000 years. This is a very humbling and frightening concept for church-goers who don't want to rock the boat. However, if you are familiar with Church History and become willing to question the foundation of your doctrines, traditions etc, you will clearly see how this applies.

The deceptiveness of Lucifer is uncanny. The truth of this is not something that people can be convinced of by others. To see it, you have to look for the signs of deception for yourself. You have to plead with God to help you in discerning truth. You have to be willing to always reexamine the ground on which you stand.

In 325 A.D., by order of Roman Emperor Constantine, the church became the official religion of Rome and was organized by the Nicene Counsel. This counsel created it's own creed which is very similar to the Apostles Creed, but rephrases the "resurrection of the body" to the "resurrection of the dead". That subtle difference is very significant. My mentor, PeterZ taught, "I personally believe that the council was a grave stone to the Church because it went from being an organism to an organization. It set the cannon but it also made Christianity the official religion of the Roman Empire and now had the authority of the State rather than the anointing of God." Since then, numerous atrocities have been carried out by the church, in the name of Christ, and have caused many non-believers to dismiss Christianity as a hypocritical, judgmental and violent religion. Fortunately, the teachings of Christ and the Apostles have little if anything to do with the horrors of the post-Nicene church. It is undeniable that scriptures have been plucked up and twisted to help the accuser to cast millions of Christians back into darkness. Lucifer prefers disguising himself as an angel of light because he once was an angel of light. Our only hope in this battle is to be vigilant: by keeping our assumptions to a minimum, by studying the scriptures in context, and by praying fervently for God to provide understanding.

Even though the church has fallen away, Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. The Gospel is truly good news, not just some verbal formula of "accepting Jesus into our hearts". Righteousness is a life of actions that testify of the love that springs from within us. God's love for us is unconditional (agape), not "tough love", and so we should strive to love one another in the same way...without judgment. After all, God has cast the sins of those he loves into the sea of his forgetfulness. The freedom of grace seems to be lost in translation. It's not a "get out of jail free" card, so much as it is the definition of unconditional love.

Many believers came to the church in the first place because they didn't want to go to hell when they died. Messages of Hellfire and Brimstone are terrific motivators, and successful evangelists have been using that angle to beef up their recruitment numbers for many generations. And while it's true that "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom", I can tell you for certain that the fear of the Lord and the fear of Hell are two entirely different things. Throughout most of the church age, Fear of personal destruction has been used to control people, to keep them submissive and obedient to their worldly authorities. But God did not sacrifice his only begotten son so that we would be scared into submission...He did it because He "so loved the world". To fear the Lord is to acknowledge that he knows everything about us all. That he sees into our hearts, he knows our secrets, and he isn't fooled by lies (even if we persuade ourselves to believe pleasurable lies...such as condemning a group of people and calling that condemnation "love"). To fear the Lord is to follow Him, to serve him, even if your own life is threatened because of that dedication. If you have the fear of the Lord it means you are willing to stand alone, against the crowd, despite great objection because you don't care about the judgment of people so much as you care about the judgment of God. Many people who belong to the church institution aren't willing to stand out of the crowd. They follow the rest of the herd, instead of the good Shepherd. They lack the "Fear of the Lord", and therefore lack wisdom.

Growing up, I would recite the Apostles Creed at its designated time every Sunday morning church service, along with the rest of the "flock". It always struck me as strange that people in my church could recite such a radical list of beliefs with little to no emotion. It was as though people were embarrassed, and competing with each other to see who could sound the least sincere or interested. But at the same time, these same people were too afraid or self conscious to do anything but recite it, on command, every week. Lots of things about the church always puzzled me. The history, the routines, the traditions, the repetition and the methods of recruitment. What we were reading from, learning about, and claiming to believe was much more urgent, inspired and extreme than what we were in the habit of doing. It all seemed so very wrong. But it was easier for me back then to believe that there was something wrong with my perception, instead of something wrong with the entire church.

When the church was young, it was full of life, energy, love and joy...then very quickly after it's birth, it began to die. The Official Catholic Church introduced a heavy system of rules and traditions that Jesus never spoke of (but the old pagan Roman religion practiced)....and for almost the entirety of these past twenty centuries, the power, life, love, faith, and hope of the church has died...but even that was a part of God's greater plan.

The faith of Christ's disciples was shaken when he died. For two days, they remained hidden from the outside world. The rug was pulled out from under their feet. The 11 remaining Disciples, and numerous other men and women had dedicated their lives to following a man who was supposed to deliver Israel...and he died. For two days (the day it happened, and the day after) there was nothing...the future looked very grim for Christ's followers. But then on the third day he rose again: and all doubt, discouragement and uncertainty was put to rest. Followers of Christ are in a similar predicament today, but resurrection is coming. When it does, everything will change.

That's the reason why the global elite have been scrambling to establish their New World Order: Lucifer (who rules them) knows that his time is short; he knows that the resurrection is coming, and he is in a race against time to establish his rule before he is overthrown and put in chains.

Also, Jesus knew that there would be atrocities carried out in his name. As a prophet, he saw not just this point in history, but across the entire landscape of the past 2000 years. It has been marked by misinterpretation and the spiritual death of his teaching. His teachings and spirit have been rejected by the established authority. Throughout the ages, a remnant has survived, and has been blessed with an understanding of Christ's spirit. But it has only been a remnant. And here is hope: despite knowing what would happen under the banner of Christianity between then and now, Jesus also knew what would happen in our future. And the final judgment of Father and Son is that Christianity was worth the price. We haven't seen anything yet when it comes to the Glory that has been promised to the Son, and his bride. He will return to rule the world, along with his saints who will rule under his authority. The seventh "Day of Rest", the third "Day of Resurrection" and the 1000 years reign of Christ in Revelation 20 are prophecies of the same exact promise. So as bad as everything may seem to us, we must rest assured that the King of kings will be given his throne very soon, and what happens then will be more wonderful than anything we can imagine.

Romans 8:18-25

For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body. For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance.

The End is Near

I speak it low and often. I try to spread the word.
They hear but they don't listen, continue undisturbed.
The message is a fire burning up inside me
and though I wish it did...this fire doesn't spread.
Instead it's like a lit fuse, and I'm a powder keg.
The warnings loud and clear, you didn't want to hear
The judgments coming faster, the end so very near.
And when it all collapses, just like the crackpots said
so shocked to see it's over, that we have reached the end.
They act like I'm infected, and it may be I am
But I have been awakened, and really understand.
I'll threaten your foundations, all matter-of-fact
and sometimes you'll receive it, but mostly you'll react.
And some of you will hate me, and talk behind my back
cuz though I'm mostly even, sometimes I'm known to snap
I know that my vibration is either high or low
a seer or just crazy, there is no middle road
And all that I have suffered, it seems without reward
could not be for a lie, but even still I am ignored.
From everything I've studied, the end seems close at hand
How I wish I didn't see this, and couldn't understand.

The Parable of two Foundations

When the church was newly born, the gospel was being spread throughout the Roman Empire and beyond. At that time there were many troubles and trials, much persecution and yet there was also tremendous growth. Nowadays, Christianity is the common faith among the most wealthy and powerful nations in the world. Our faith has gone from being persecuted to being openly endorsed, and yet spiritually, modern Christianity is like a fire that has burned out, leaving only a few red embers behind.

In the first century, when Christians were beaten because of their faith, did they fight back? did they grumble under their breath? No, they openly rejoiced and praised God for their own bruises and bloodshed. They actually saw pain as a blessing, a source of growth and a confirmation of the authenticity of the spirit within them. Why?

If they were being taught by modern Christian teachers, they might have learned to take persecution with grit teeth, while filling their minds with dreams of God's vengeance. But in Acts 14:22 is says that the Apostles were going from town to town,

strengthening the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and saying, “We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God.”
The New Testament is absolutely full of references to the divine purpose of trials and tribulation. According to the church fathers, and to the scripture, when suffering is justified, we are being corrected, when it isn't just, we are storing up heavenly treasure. All things, even pain, work for the good of those that love God. There was no pre-trib vs post-trib debate in the days of Christ and his apostles. It wasn't assumed, it was known by the early church that the last generation of Christians would live through the great tribulation. Romans 5:1-5 is a classic teaching:
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.
The book of 1 Peter also has wonderful teachings about the value of suffering. It is a relatively short book, and today I'd like to focus on Chapter 4 verses 12-16:
Dear friends, do not be surprised at the painful trial you are suffering, as though something strange were happening to you. But rejoice that you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed. If you are insulted because of the name of Christ, you are blessed, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you. If you suffer, it should not be as a murderer or thief or any other kind of criminal, or even as a meddler. However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name.
What happened to America in the wake of 9-11? Did the Christian leaders of our nation teach their congregations to bless those that cursed us? To turn the other cheek, or even to look to God for their protection? No. How different would todays world be if the church leaders had taken that course? I believe it would be very different, because in the wake of those attacks, a spirit has guided the hearts of congregations throughout America. This spirit was pro-America, pro-vengeance, and literally anti-Christ.

Because of that spirit, millions of American Christians still thirst for the blood of their Muslim enemies, while sending their children and their taxes to war. They don't bother to distinguish between their enemies and people who just sort of look like enemies. They condone killing for the sake of showing superiority. How can America dare to claim to be a righteous nation with this sort of brutal treatment of others? One could argue that we are a righteous nation because of our history before 9-11, but this spirit of brutal self-righteousness was not born with the war on Terrorism. Consider the persecution of the Indians, which killed many more people than the Nazi Holocaust; consider the treatment of slaves and immigrants; consider the fact that we created and introduced the Atomic Bomb to the world. Blood is the mortar in the foundation of this "Christian" nation. It saturates our history. We also have many pagan idols filling our Nation's capital and government buildings around the country, Yet we have an assumption that God will bless America...why should He? What makes us assume that he will? My Bible says that "The Lord does not show favoritism" and "Be not deceived, God will not be mocked, a man will reap whatever he sews".

God is speaking out through the tragedies that are plaguing America right now. And he will continue to speak this way until we listen, and we change our hearts and attitudes about everything.

If this teaching is strange to you, I encourage you to press on. Read Hebrews 12 (and I will quote verses 10-13)
Our human fathers correct us for a short time, and they do it as they think best. But God corrects us for our own good, because he wants us to be holy, as he is. It is never fun to be corrected. In fact, at the time it is always painful. But if we learn to obey by being corrected, we will do right and live at peace. Now stand up straight! Stop your knees from shaking and walk a straight path. Then lame people will be healed, instead of getting worse.
Nowadays, America is showing the world exactly what the spirit of a free and supposedly Christian nation is like, and it's terribly ugly compared to that of the early church. Jesus Himself is returning just in time to save his reputation from the deeds of his professed believers. Millions have no faith, no compassion, no forgiveness, no mercy, no clear vision, no clue about the consequences of our behavior. American Christians are drunk with the wine of Babylon, and we don't even have the decency or awareness to be ashamed of our spiritually drunken behavior.

Instead, we go to church, we sing songs, we baptize our children and invoke the name Jesus as though it would help to ward God off from searching deep into our hearts and minds and finding out the selfish truth. Within the church, we do a wonderful job of reaffirming and reassuring one another, even as we wander further and further away from the true path of faith, hope, and love. Has God changed over time? Isn't the church today supposed to resemble the early church in spirit? Has anything about God's plan for the world, or the Gospel of Jesus Christ changed over the past 2000 years? Nothing in scripture has changed, but the doctrines of Christianity have been modified to support tyranny, inquisitions, crusades, and general heartlessness. One such doctrine that has poisoned the church the most is Pre-tribulation rapture. I have discussed this issue before, several times, but it's something that Christians must come to understand, if they are to be saved from the storms and troubles that will mark Christ's return.

American and Western Christians flee from suffering these days. We see suffering as punishment intended for the unjust, and comfort and wealth as the blessing of God. Tribulation is not an honor anymore, it's a terror. Why? Because of the commonly held belief in a pre-tribulation rapture. This sick, twisted, blasphemous new tradition is the greatest weapon that Satan has unloosed upon modern Christendom. Our conflict in the middle east is fueled by Christian Zionism, which exists only because of the foundational belief of pre-trib rapture. Instead of fighting against the end of days, millions of people who call themselves Christians are working to bring about the end of days. We're being used as pawns of the devil, while thinking of ourselves as the Knights of Jesus Christ. But he warned us against this poisonous thinking:

Luke 7:21-23
Not everyone who calls me their Lord will get into the kingdom of heaven. Only the ones who obey my Father in heaven will get in. On the day of judgment many will call me their Lord. They will say, "We preached in your name, and in your name we forced out demons and worked many miracles." But I will tell them, "I will have nothing to do with you! Get out of my sight, you evil people!

We are in the midst of tremendous famines, wars, pestilence etc. What's more, once the nuclear war starts, a whole long list of end-times prophecy will be filled in a very short period of time....and all of these things will happen without a rapture. Everyone will experience the tribulation; the saved as well as the lost. Those who cling to their belief in a pre-trib rapture as though it were the same thing as their faith in Jesus Christ will be devastated by the coming storm of tribulation. They will feel abandoned and forgotten by God almighty. The foundation of their faith will crumble entirely.

On the other hand, there will be Christians who had not been raised on the escapist fairy tale of the rapture, and those who have been given the grace to see it for the heresy it is. They will be Christians who suffer on behalf of others, whose hearts are broken by the pain that war and institutionalized selfishness cause. These believers will rejoice in the Lord as we witness his judgment and seek his coming, because we will recognize how Good is being called Evil, and Evil is calling itself Good. We will not just stand firm in the midst of tribulation, we will stand even taller as events get worse and the storm rages furiously around us.

And this is what Jesus meant in his parable of the Two houses:

Anyone who hears and obeys these teachings of mine is like a wise person who built a house on solid rock. Rain poured down, rivers flooded, and winds beat against that house. But it did not fall, because it was built on solid rock.

Anyone who hears my teachings and doesn't obey them is like a foolish person who built a house on sand. The rain poured down, the rivers flooded, and the winds blew and beat against that house. Finally, it fell with a crash.

Jesus has an undeniable, supernatural ability to condense intricate and elaborate truths into parables. He paints pictures with words; his parables are like encoded mysteries, meant to be dismissed by those who take them at surface value, while understood by those who have "Eyes to see and ears to hear". If you can envision the two houses mentioned in the parable above, you will notice that they seem on the surface and before trouble to be virtually identical. There is nothing to distinguish the two. They are both, by definition, houses. It is only when troubles come that the integrity of one stands, while the other crumbles. The state of our church today is in serious disrepair, because we are now in the storm. The Christians of Acts rejoiced in their persecution because their ability to withstand it was a gift from the Holy Spirit. They loved being given the opportunity to demonstrate to others how truly God had touched them. According to Jesus, there is no honor in loving those that love you, because even the heathens do that...but special honor comes when you love your enemies, when you do good to those that hurt you, when you turn the other cheek, when you go the extra mile, and obey the calling and commands of Jesus Christ.

To obey the teachings of Christ with joy is to have a solid foundation. On the other hand to simply pretend to follow him without going through the effort of establishing your foundation on the Rock himself is utterly foolish. There are none who can build on the Rock of Christ who do not obey his commands. And all who obey his commands, even without knowing that they are His, are building on the solid rock.

The storm is upon us. God is in the process of judging the entire world. People must come to terms with this because it's really happening. It's not too late for individual people to repent, but it is too late to avoid the consequences of our collective actions. The house will fall, but there is time to escape it before all the walls start crumbling down. Time is very very short, but the doors are still open.
Seek the Lord while he may be found.

Bush Declares National Emergency...AGAIN?!

On June 26th, 2008, George W Bush declared a state of National Emergency. This date marks the 3 1/2 anniversary of the Tsunami in Asia, which I have regarded as a future milestone for a few years. However, as significant of an event as it may be, it is a dormant power. I have learned that there is a marked difference between declaring a state of National Emergency, and declaring a state of Martial Law. When Martial Law is declared, we will almost definitely be aware of it. But this declaration of National Emergency came through as a whisper...nothing seems different because of it. What gives?

Martial Law is probably coming, but even still this "National Emergency" issue has a lot to do with the new dictatorship government of America. Until finding out about this declaration (thanks to Dan), and doing some research on exactly what a "state of National Emergency" means...I knew very little. Then I found this, and learned a few interesting facts (on pages 13-16). Here's the run down:

  • Reagan declared "National Emergency" 6 times during his 8 years in office, while America was under the threat of the "Evil Empire".
  • Bush sr. declared it 5 times during his presidency (4 of them had to do with the first Iraq war).
  • All declarations by Reagan and Bush sr. were revoked by later Executive Orders.
Now here is where it gets really interesting:
  • Despite the fact that the Cold War was over, and the only real threat to our National Security had crumbled through bankruptcy, Bill Clinton declared National Emergency 18 times!! throughout his presidency. Several False flag operations like the first World Trade Center bombing and the Oklahoma city bombing gave excuse for these declarations, but I believe that Clinton was helping to prepare America for the New World Order.
  • Eleven of these declarations have been revoked. The other seven were never revoked, and one has been renewed every two years since 1995.
  • Between 1-20-01 and 8-1-07, George W Bush declared a state of National Emergency 12 times, and never bothered to revoke any.
There is a law that was passed in 1976 that makes declarations of National Emergency expire after 2 years, unless expanded or specifically renewed. It's called the National Emergencies Act.
Even with this, The United States have been in a state of Emergency indefinitely since the end of World War 2. An interesting note: in May of 2007, George Bush changed the conditions of declaring a state of National Emergency:

Bush Declares Himself Dictator

As stated earlier, Bush declared another state of National Emergency on June 26th 2008. Was it for the economic hardships that have recently plagued our nation? No, but it could have been. Was it for the great Mississippi floods of 'o8? Again, no, but it could have been. With very little fanfare, George W Bush declared a state of National Emergency because of the Nuclear threat posed by North Korea.

These days, the political world is living more and more in the future, planning and preparing for Bush's successor, while regarding the current president as mostly harmless. It's the old bait and switch. Since Election '08 fever began, the spotlight has been taken off of Bush (just as the people weren't really paying attention to Bush before 9-11-01). 2008 is the first tax rebate bribe that we have received since 2001. and 9-11-08 will mark the prophetic seventh anniversary of the terrible day in history. I believe that something will happen on that anniversary...something that will cause the elections to be canceled and allow Bush to stay in power. This is the same rough plot delivered by George Lucas in Star Wars, Episode 3 (the rise of Emperor Palpatine). But George Lucas is probably not so much a prophet, as a history buff, who is familiar with Adolf Hitler's rise to power.

There are many startling and irrefutable parallels between Bush and Hitler. We just don't remember or know about how Germany was transformed from Democracy to Dictatorship between February 27th, 1933 and the invasion of Poland on September 1st 1939. Both events (and others between the two) are the result of false flag operations staged by the Nazis in order to allow Hitler to gain more power. This is neither a conspiracy theory, nor speculation, but is in fact a lesson from history.

People love to hold themselves in higher regard than the current leader of the free world. Bush's foolish persona has completely enchanted millions of people into "misunderestimating" him. People don't think about him as a threat or danger to the world's safety. This is insanity. But, just as today, throughout the rise of Hitler, his fury and mustache made outsiders laughingly refer to him as "Charlie Chaplin". Nobody took him seriously until it was too late.

Islamic terrorism in our time, is an elaborate hoax, consisting of false flag operations carried out by Western Governments for many years now. Like any good magic trick, the terrorist attacks that plague western nations must be planned, and set up while the people are looking elsewhere. I have been doing my best to keep watch, to see what's going on beneath the headlines and behind the scenes. But it was fellow blogger Dan who showed me this most recent, and disturbing step taken by the Bush administration. Thank you, Dan.

Floods, Earthquakes, Tornadoes, and God's Judgment

In the first week of May, this year, I was pondering on the end of days (imagine that!) and thinking about how many people I know and have talked with who are just as sure as they can be that this coming election will go off without a hitch; that George Bush may be a terrible leader, and a liar, but his rule has no significant impact on the spiritual "big picture" (because he's foolish); and that I would be a much better evangelist if I'd just lay off the politics.

In my prayer, I reminded God that I was following Him, and not "George Bush as the Antichrist". I reminded him of how frustrating it was to be compelled to share a message that very few people receive. And while the prophets of scripture were promised to experience exactly the sort of reception that I've grown familiar with, I couldn't help but feel that it was possible that my perception was misguided.

So I prayed that the Father would give me a sign, one way or another, about George Bush. I didn't want to "wait and see" (as so many that I've talked with seem willing to do). I certainly didn't want to be deceiving people unawares. And though my study of scriptures, and of current events only served to reinforce the conclusion that Bush is the Antichrist, I know that man's reasoning ability is never perfect. And that the enemy is much trickier than people tend to give him credit for.

So I prayed for God to guide me, to reassure and strengthen my spirit, to remove all doubt if it needed to be removed, or to stop me from proclaiming something that was not the truth.
Within the week, on the night of May 10th, I was compelled to write a blog post about cyclone Nagis, and the arrogant foolishness of modern people, who presume that we are more advanced than our ancestors. It was called "How long, Oh Lord?!", and in that post, I wrote the following sentences:

"(W)hat's happened to Myanmar is clearly, above all other things, a great tragedy. Even though this sort of thing is supposed to happen if George Bush is the Antichrist, I'm still stunned when I hear of earthquakes, floods, tornadoes and "mega-disasters" like Cyclone Nagis. The world is experiencing a new degree of suffering at the hand of mother nature."

I was up until about 2AM writing that post, and when I woke up the next morning, the first thing I heard about on the news was about 22 people who were killed by a flurry of Tornadoes from Oklahoma to Georgia the night before. Immediately, I remembered what was just written. But I didn't want just a confirmation of my current beliefs, so I didn't take that as a God-worthy sign. I know that God is capable of signs that are far less coincidental than that. The jury was still out.

Why did I dare to look for a sign in the first place? Because this is serious business.

The strength and power of a disbelieving majority is very great (and reinforces doubt). Likewise, the ability of our own minds to play tricks on us is a serious factor. I was determined to let God show me clearly whatever it was that he had to show. We all have to remind ourselves at times that we aren't forging this spiritual track like Luis and Clark: we aren't in the lead. We are all, instead, like sheep being led through the wilderness by a good Shepherd. This shepherd has a much better idea of where we're going than we will need. And our idea of the right path is only true when it follows the lead of our Shepherd.

I took note of the coincidence, and decided to keep my eyes peeled for earthquakes and floods in the near future. That happened on May 11th. On May 12th, a 7.9 magnitude earthquake struck China, killing tens of thousands. When I heard about that, I began to tell my house-mates, other friends and my family that America was going to experience serious floods in the near future. Seeing 2 out of the 3 randomly selected natural disasters that I wrote about come to pass within 48 hours of writing gave me boldness to prophecy about coming floods.

Between May 12th and when the current flooding began, I put a lot on the line. People in my life who are cynical of my beliefs about Bush could have used the absence of floods as a confirmation that I don't know what I'm talking about. I knew that, but felt strongly that I needed to take the risk anyway. I've never considered myself to be a prophet, because I have never gotten a "thus saith the Lord" kind of word to share with people. I write and speak about what I believe to be truth, not what a heavenly voice told me to say. But in answer to my prayer I got a word of prophecy. It was an interactive experience with God that has served to fully reinforce my beliefs that these are the last days, and that this weather is the judgment of God.

In the Bible, there are two types of prophets: those whom God sends and gives a message to, and those who deceive people and manipulate them to be at ease when they should be on guard. False prophets say "Peace, peace" when there is no peace. This happened in 2001, when the religious right sighed with relief, having restored the Whitehouse to the hands of a supposed "christian". Their assurance was shown to be as wrong as it gets within that very year.

In Christian tradition, a "word of prophecy" is a spiritual gift that can be manifested by all members of the body of Christ. A believer does not have to be a prophet in order to prophecy, but the way that we can distinguish between real and false prophets is simple: When real prophets warn people, and the people do not respond; the warnings of that prophet always come true.

Conversely, whatever a false prophet says in the name of the Lord will surely not happen.

1 Corinthians 14:1-3

"Follow the way of love and eagerly desire spiritual gifts, especially the gift of prophecy. For anyone who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God. Indeed, no one understands him; he utters mysteries with his spirit. But everyone who prophesies speaks to men for their strengthening, encouragement and comfort."
